Traveling as Couple
This hotel was comfortable and the room was aesthetically pleasing. But every tiny service came at an additional fee. There was no complimentary breakfast and a very basic morning menu boasted prices of over 12 bucks for a couple slices of bacon and eggs. I was very disappointed when I discovered that during the night, the sink in my room made loud, intrusive gurgling noises intermittently, waking my partner and I. When I mentioned this at the front desk upon checkout, they offered a short apology but no compensation. Front desk staff was helpful and provided us with personal toiletries that I had forgotten. Room had all extras that any 5 star room would have. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

From the outside, it looks very old looking but the inside is very nice inside. The rooms were adequate & the beds were comfortable.

We have stayed here before. The staff is always very accommodating, however, I would rather pay full price for the sister hotel next door and have breakfast included. Plus, laundry is free next door and $1 per load @ this hotel. ...read more
